We are “The Beautifully Made Company Collective Ltd”, [“TBMCC”, “Us, “We”], a company limited and registered in England, having a registered address at Office 7718, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, UK.
What We Offer:
Our passion includes offering clients (“you”) a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space where young women with health challenges and disabilities can connect, celebrate, and enjoy meaningful experiences. By accessing our website and participating in our events, services, and offerings, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree, We kindly ask you leave this Website immediately. Please take time to review our Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. Note, these Terms are open to amendment, and we reserve the right to alter and or delete these as appropriate and without notice. Nothing within these Terms will affect your statutory rights. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services and attend our exciting Events.
Access
1. Access to our Services and Website being conditional that:
i. You accept the Terms herein in full,
ii. You accept that it may contain links to other third-party websites that We have no control over regarding the contents and or access to these sites,
iii. You accept access may be withdrawn at any time without reason,
iv. You accept that We are not responsible for the security of data provided or transmitted to our Website, and,
v. You accept access to our Website may be restricted and or be unavailable.
2. You agree that you will not:
i. Engage in any offensive or obscene behaviour,
ii. Commit a criminal offence through using this Website and or services,
iii. Hack or attempt to hack into our server,
iv. Send us any unsolicited promotional material, or,
v. Transmit a virus or any other malicious material(s),
3. Please note that you take full responsibility for your participation with our Website, Services, and Events. You may be asked to register and/or select a Username and password before creating an account and/or subscribing to our Newsletter. All registration information you submit must be accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, a Username, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to provide any User with a Newsletter.
If We cancel your registration / account, you agree that you will not create another one or otherwise try to access our Services without our permission. You agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your login/registration or any registration rights. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in such information, including but not limited to your contact information.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all use of your account. Your account is not transferable. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of, or access to, your account or password.
Payments / Events
5. By using our online checkout process, or booking over the phone (and are directed to these Terms), you are placing an order for an event, service, or merchandise with us. You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before confirming your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment email detailing your selected event or product. If you are booking an event or purchasing a service on behalf of someone else, please provide their details during the checkout process to ensure they receive all relevant event information, updates, and communications in their name.
6. By accessing our services, whether event-based, subscription-based, or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Payments may be processed through third-party providers, and we are not responsible for any additional handling fees they may charge. You agree to hold us harmless for any loss incurred through third-party transactions or data processing. We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment methods, which will be communicated via our website and/or email.
7. If you subscribe to any of our services or memberships, you agree to pay upfront and acknowledge that payments will be automatically charged on the first day of each subsequent month on a rolling basis unless you notify us of your cancellation. To cancel your subscription, you must provide notice before your next billing date.
8. We accept payment in sterling (GBP£) and may add further methods, when available. A recurring payment can be set up via the link on our Website.
9. You agree and acknowledge that We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any fees incurred by you from your payment method, your bank, or other financial institution, including without limitation overdraft charges, insufficient funds charges, interest charges, or finance charges, which may have occurred because of charges debited by Us.
Suspension / Termination
10. We value all our Clients, but We must reserve the right to suspend access to any Service where a Client is abusive; infringes our intellectual property rights; engages in threatening, abusive, or insulting behaviour; provides fraudulent information; or repeatedly violates these Terms.
11. You acknowledge and agree that We may modify, suspend, or discontinue (for a reasonable period of time) access to our Website and/or Services, if it is reasonably necessary for us to carry out any maintenance, updates or business operations; and/or modify, limit, suspend or terminate your Account if you breach Term 10, above.
12. You may cancel a subscription by providing 30-days’ notice to us via email. Please note that if you cancel your Service(s) after a billing month has started, you will not receive a refund for that period.
Intellectual Property
13. Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, replicate, download, reproduce, publish, broadcast, transmit, store, upload, alter, translate, redistribute, display, sell, frame, link to, or otherwise use any of our content in any form. You acknowledge and accept that all intellectual property rights vested in the content of our Website, including but not limited to our platform, logos, images, brand name, text and overall look belong to us. Nothing herein extends any form of right, licence, or permission to copy, manipulate, publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use in any format, our own content without our express written permission.
Services
14. (i) At TBMC, we are dedicated to creating uplifting and inclusive experiences for women with health challenges and disabilities. Participants must be over 18 years of age. By attending our events, participants agree to adhere to our policies, which are designed to foster a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all. We maintain a strict code of conduct and reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behaviour without a refund. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, participation is at one’s own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during an event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, and we encourage mindfulness and respect toward others at all times.
(ii) In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring a reschedule, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date, with the option of receiving a credit if the new date is unsuitable. Unless stated otherwise, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, though we may, at our discretion, offer future event credits. Pricing varies based on event location, size, and inclusions, and we are committed to providing clear details on costs, discounts, and special offers in advance. Additionally, event details, including venue, time, or activities, may be subject to change, and we will notify attendees as soon as possible. Tickets are non-transferable.
(iii) Your safety and well-being remain our top priority. If you feel unwell or experience symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home. Some activities may require waivers, and we will provide details as needed. We are committed to accessibility and welcome any advance requests to accommodate specific needs where possible. We also capture photos and videos at our events for promotional purposes, and by attending, you consent to being included in our content. However, if you prefer not to be featured, please inform us upon arrival, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Sponsorships
15. (a) Sponsoring TBMC means supporting our mission to create inclusive, empowering, and fun experiences for young women with health challenges and disabilities. We welcome partnerships with businesses and organisations that align with our values, offering sponsorship opportunities through financial contributions, in-kind donations, or service provisions. In return, sponsors gain meaningful brand exposure through our event marketing, social media, and promotional materials, subject to prior approval.
(b) Sponsorship packages may include headline sponsorships, event materials branding, speaking opportunities, prime logo placement, signage, verbal recognition, networking, and digital promotions. Sponsors may also contribute services in exchange for promotional benefits, participate in event livestreams, or support through digital sponsorships.
(c) While we acknowledge sponsors in various ways, sponsorship does not imply an endorsement of any sponsor’s products, services, or policies. To ensure alignment with our mission, we reserve the right to decline or terminate sponsorship arrangements if a sponsor’s values or actions conflict with our community’s principles. Additionally, any marketing involving our name, logo, or imagery must be pre-approved in writing to maintain brand integrity. Sponsors must not misuse or sell any collected data and may only access attendee information in specific cases, such as giveaways or mailing lists, as permitted. Sponsors are not allowed to use our name, logo, or marketing materials in any manner without prior written consent. All sponsors must adhere to legal and ethical standards when engaging in promotional activities associated with our events, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Any misleading, harmful, or unethical representation of the partnership may result in termination of the sponsorship agreement. If sponsorship terms need to be modified due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assess refunds or adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
(d) Parties agree to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations, with written notice outlining the issue and the desired resolution. If no resolution is reached within 60 days, the matter will proceed to mediation with a neutral third party, with costs shared equally unless otherwise agreed. Should mediation be unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Sponsors further agree not to make any public complaints or statements regarding disputes until all internal resolution processes have been fully exhausted.
(e) Please note, we accept no responsibility for any damages, losses, or claims arising from sponsorship involvement, including reputational or financial loss. We do not guarantee a specific return on investment for sponsors.
Liability
16. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information on our website and through our services; however, we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free, complete, or available at all times. By using our website and participating in our events, you acknowledge that our services are subject to change, and we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding their availability, suitability, or outcomes. While we take every reasonable measure to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, including unforeseen disruptions, cancellations, or changes to scheduled events
17. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our website or services. We are not liable for any lost items, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during our events. Additionally, we are not responsible if events are cancelled or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, venue issues, or strikes.
18. By engaging with our services, you agree to waive any claims against us for injury, harm, damage, or loss resulting from participation in our events, including but not limited to physical activities, third-party services, or personal property loss. You further agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from your use of our website or participation in our events. By participating in our events, attendees may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging and accepting any associated risks. This waiver may be a condition of participation in certain activities and events.
19. These terms do not exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where such rights cannot be lawfully limited. You also acknowledge that our services operate outside the scope of regulations we do not control, and we are not responsible for compliance with laws that do not directly govern our offerings.
Donations
20. (a) All donations to TBMC are entirely voluntary and help support our events, workshops, and accessibility initiatives, ensuring inclusive and empowering experiences for young women with disabilities. While we strive to allocate funds towards venue costs, materials, and discounted tickets, we reserve the right to direct contributions to areas of greatest need.
(b) As we are not a registered charity, donations are not tax-deductible and do not qualify for charitable tax relief.
(c) Contributions are non-refundable except in cases of processing errors, which must be reported within 14 days.
(d) If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorise us to process payments on the agreed schedule, which you may modify or cancel at any time.
(e) Donations do not entitle contributors to goods, services, or benefits in return, and any public acknowledgment will be made unless anonymity is requested.
21. By donating, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. We may update our donation policies as needed, with any changes reflected on our website. Your support directly impacts the lives of young women, helping us create more opportunities for connection, growth, and empowerment.
Other Terms
22. By placing an order, and/or participating, you are confirming to us that you have reached the age of 18 years; in addition, you accept your order represents a contract as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
23. We shall not be in default of any obligation if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond our control, including, without limitation to, illness, any failure of a portion of the power grid, failure of the Internet, pandemic, any natural disaster, war, strikes or other organised labour action, or other events for which precautions are not generally taken and not reasonably foreseeable.
24. These Terms, and the relationship between us and our Clients, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees that all disputes arising out of or in connection with shall be exclusively governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
25. If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
26. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TBMCC with respect to the access and usage of our Website/Services, and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings, communications, or agreements.
